We are pleased to announce that our Master’s student (M2), Tokio TAKADA (髙田 季生), recently exhibited his research at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in collaboration with Japan’s National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT). Takada-san presented a Digital Twin system developed using Unity Engine, demonstrating how digital twins can function as orchestrators for high-bandwidth wireless communications in urban environments. His demonstration visualized ultra-fast data transmission scenarios leveraging the IEEE802.15.3e communication standard in the 60 GHz frequency range. Former assistant Professor Jin NAKAZATO (中里 仁) and Project Researcher Dr. Alex ORSHOLITS accompanied Takada-san at the event, representing our laboratory and underscoring our continued collaboration with national research institutes.Read more

The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and its Emerging Applications (ICEA2024) was held at the University of Tokyo’s Komaba Campus from November 28 to 29, 2024. This conference gathered researchers from various fields to share and discuss the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and intelligent systems. The 2024 Tsukada Lab CRONOS Symposium, funded by JST’s CRONOS program, served as a kickoff event for collaborative discussions on advancing communication platforms that integrate vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2X) systems with large language models (LLMs) and VR simulation technologies.
