We’re thrilled to announce the publication of our research paper, “AutowareV2X: Reliable V2X Communication and Collective Perception for Autonomous Driving,” authored by our dedicated team at the University Lab: Yu Asabe, Ehsan Javanmardi, Jin Nakazato, Manabu Tsukada, and Hiroshi Esaki. The paper is accepted by the prestigious 2023 IEEE 97th Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC2023-Spring), taking place in Florence, Italy, from 20-23 June 2023. The paper explores the application of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication for cooperative intelligent transport systems (C-ITS). We introduce AutowareV2X, a novel V2X communication module integrated into the Autoware autonomous driving software.
