We are pleased to announce that our Master’s student (M2), Tokio TAKADA (髙田 季生), recently exhibited his research at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in collaboration with Japan’s National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT).
Takada-san presented a Digital Twin system developed using Unity Engine, demonstrating how digital twins can function as orchestrators for high-bandwidth wireless communications in urban environments. His demonstration visualized ultra-fast data transmission scenarios leveraging the IEEE802.15.3e communication standard in the 60 GHz frequency range.
Former assistant Professor Jin NAKAZATO (中里 仁) and Project Researcher Dr. Alex ORSHOLITS accompanied Takada-san at the event, representing our laboratory and underscoring our continued collaboration with national research institutes.
