On March 17th 2023, our laboratory joined the PF Lab Kickoff Meeting, hosted by Tier4, featuring researchers from NTU, Nagoya University, and Gifu University. Representing our lab, Prof. Manabu Tsukada, Prof. Ehsan Javanmardi, and Ph.D. student Pengfei Lin presented their latest work.
Tsukada’s presentation, “V2X Communication Technology for Cooperative Automated Driving,” explored how vehicle-to-everything communication enhances autonomous driving cooperation. Javanmardi’s talk, “Mapping and Localization for Autonomous Driving,” delved into optimizing navigation systems. Lin’s presentation, “Potential Field-based Cooperative Motion Planning with V2V Communication for Autoware Functionality Enhancement,” examined methods to improve vehicle-to-vehicle communication for motion planning.
The event showcased innovative research and fostered collaboration, strengthening our commitment to shaping the future of transportation. We are proud to contribute to this field and appreciate the insights shared by our fellow researchers.
